The first of the EarthSong Mushroom Essences to be made, and simply known as ‘Mushroom’.

The Essence was made from this beautiful Parasol Mushroom, which was found growing in a field in SW France.

This Essence helps us to :

  • Be comfortable with stillness
  • Absorb our fears, so that we can relax deeply
  • Stay connected to the Light, during times of intense darkness
  • Align the Brow Chakra to the Primal Light Rhythm of the Earth.
